Service Description
Built for the vehicles most people would give up on. The Big Rock Big Clean is a full vehicle restoration package designed for heavily neglected, stored, work, auction, or resale vehicles that require a complete top-to-bottom reset. This is the biggest and most involved service I offer and is designed to bring vehicles back to the best condition realistically possible without major bodywork or repainting. Think of those full disaster detail and restoration videos online — because that is exactly the goal of this package. Completed over a 2-day process, the Big Rock Big Clean combines the deep interior restoration of the Family & Fur package with the heavy-duty exterior restoration of the Work Truck Workover package while adding paint correction, polishing, restoration services, and full vehicle protection. Interior: The interior portion of this service focuses on restoring heavily neglected cabins by removing deep staining, embedded dirt, pet hair, odors, debris, and years of buildup from all interior surfaces. This service includes: -Deep vacuuming and debris removal -Stain treatment and extraction -Pet hair removal -Odor treatment -Detailed cleaning of seats, carpets, mats, plastics, trim, vents, and cargo areas -Interior protection application Goal: Restore the interior to the cleanest and freshest condition possible. Exterior: The exterior portion of this service is designed to restore heavily neglected or weathered vehicles while improving shine, protection, and overall appearance. This service includes: Deep exterior wash and decontamination Wheel, tire, and wheel well restoration Truck bed cleaning (if applicable) Engine bay detail Highwood Headlight Restoration Rocky Mountain Shine paint correction Full exterior protection application Trim and tire restoration Professional staged photos of the completed vehicle are included with this package to help preserve the restoration or assist with resale listings. Important: While this package dramatically improves most vehicles, some permanent defects including deep scratches, dents, severe oxidation, rust, and paint damage may still remain following the restoration. This is a flat-rate service priced at $1,500 with no add-ons required and is eligible for all discounts. This service can be completed mobile, however the vehicle must remain inside a heated and protected area for approximately 48 hours during the restoration process.
Booking Policy
For same day appointment bookings or cancellations, please contact me by phone at 587-999-5925. Online booking & cancellations are available with 24hrs notice. For mobile appointments, access to a standard outdoor water hose connection and power outlet is required unless discussed otherwise prior to the appointment. Customers are asked to ensure the vehicle is accessible and can remain parked for the duration of the service. Dust'in Mud Detailing is owner-operated and currently all appointments are scheduled around availability outside of my primary full-time employment. While every effort is made to honor all scheduled bookings, appointment dates and times may occasionally need to be adjusted due to unexpected work schedule changes, weather conditions, or service limitations. If rescheduling is required, as much notice as possible will be provided and the appointment will be rebooked at the earliest available time. Exterior services are weather dependent and may be postponed during unsuitable temperatures or conditions to ensure proper service quality and product performance. Please remove personal valuables and sensitive items from the vehicle prior to the appointment. While care is always taken during cleaning, Dust'in Mud Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage, loose trim, worn surfaces, aftermarket electronics, or fragile components. Service times and results will vary depending on vehicle size, condition, and level of contamination. Additional charges may apply for excessive mud, pet hair, contamination, or conditions beyond the originally booked service level. By booking a service, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these policies and service limitations.
